The Höllbachhof is a beautiful old homestead close to Regensburg. At the time of taking it over the estate consists of six buildings. The oldest parts of the secluded homestead probably stem from the sixteenth century. During the past decades the homestead was lovingly restored and turned into a modern seminar place.

The Höllbachhof lies secluded in the protected natural reserve area „Hölle“ where the Höllbach creek meanders through rock formations of a breathtaking natural beauty. Open green spaces combine with magical forest land to form a stunning backdrop for this hideaway. An ideal place for reconnecting with ourselves, the earth and the cycles of nature.

The Höllbachhof is located about 30 km east of Regensburg, but belongs to the county of Cham. The A3 (Highway No. 3) can be reached in only 10 minutes by car, the inner city of Munich is only about 1.5 hours away. Immediately at the property line starts the overwhelmingly beautiful nature reserve „Hölle“, in which the Höllbach creek meanders through distinctive landscapes of moss, and a pristine nature which is perfect for hiking as well as meditative contemplation.

In addition to several smaller guestrooms that can, depending on need, be used as single, double or rooms for couples, the Höllbachhof has two larger shared rooms with several beds in the main house and two large, bright dormitories in the upper story of the seminar house.  Additionally, we offer space in a tipi or your own tent(s) in the summer, enabling accommodation for  larger groups as well

Impressions of the Höllbachhof

The Höllbachhof foundation would like to offer a wide variety of educational opportunities. If you as a seminar leader would like to offer workshops or retreats that are in line with our project you are welcome to book the Höllbachhof as a seminar place with its beautiful ambiance.

The floor area of the seminar room is 70 sqm. It is equipped with a nice wooden floor, and the lighting can be varied pleasantly. Big windows facing the meditative Zen garden flood with room with daylight, the wooden interior adds to the cozy atmosphere of the space.

Ample chairs, blankets, mats, seat cushions, and cushions are available. The seminar room is equipped with a hi-fi system and a wall heating that can be regulated centrally.
